Our Return/Exchange Policy covers a duration of 7 days from the delivery date. Beyond this period, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate exchanges or returns.

To qualify for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to complete the process.

For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds will be issued to the same account within 24-48 business hours upon receiving the returned products. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Free size exchanges are applicable to all non-customized products within 7 days of delivery.

In the case of cash on delivery transactions, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer to the provided billing details upon receipt of the returned items. This transfer process will be completed within 24-48 business hours, with the refunded amount reflecting in your account within 2-3 additional business days.
